Update: The judge has called a hearing (this coming Tuesday)........Have no idea if the judge will quash the warrent or arrest the *******. Can't wait to see what happens next....

Court was supposed to be at 1:15...we finaly appeared before the judge at 3:00....the judge smacked him on the hand, quashed his warrent and told him that since he has a job and showed up with $460.00 of the $3000.00 that the warrent was for that he would let him off the hook. We have another hearing set for July 24th at which I can appear telephonicaly because I will be living in Vegas by then......we will see how this unfolds.

oh don't get me wrong, I am MORE then greatful for the $460.00 as it is the 1st support that I have seen in at least 5 years, I just don't understand why he keeps getting away with his ****. Oh, well......back to Karma.

Hey would your new man want to adopt your girls? If I were he I would.

You could get rid of the frustrations that way, that was how I adopted by oldest. His dad traded back child support for parental rights, what a man. If you go this route then make sure you don't sign off back support until he can't back out of signing off his rights.

This would be the ideal thing and I know that he would, he did with his x (his daughter is not biological). I would never ask that of my girls though, I know it sounds funny but I know that it would hurt them too much. I know that deep down they have hopes that he will come around and be a father.

My oldest has always know who his bio fathers family was and where they are, he is now talking to his bio dad sometimes and has included him in important events. Your girls are old enough to still see him if and when they want, if he ever gets his act together.

It could actually help them if they had a daddy that wanted them, even though he was not a bio dad.

The mother of my 3 youngest has 4 kids from her second victim and the 3 girls were fairly attached to me until their mom and older brother destroyed the relationship.

yoursituation is very much like my own.. beautiful kids and a mentally ill father who will not pay support! 1 was married for 14 years to this guy and put up withmany nervous breakdowns etc...now he has moved to another province and no one can find him! he doesnt have a drivers license (accoring to the FRO) and he hasnt done a tax return in years...guess what also? the government the FRO office says they cant track him by his SIN number beacuse its private information!!! that one killed me..he has privacy while the kids and I struggle daily...too much!

Man I hate cliff hangers......did this jerk get thrown in jail or what....
