Can I consider this herassment?

I'm not sure if it is herassment, but it is sure wrong and unprofessional!

** Office politics ** Depending on who he is, and what kind of relationship he has with the boss, I would be careful of complaining. And maybe careful of your response too. If you say something like, I'm sure being a good parent is no-where on your priority list. - That maybe a problem if HE complains about you.

I don't know your town, or office situation, but some can get pretty clicky! In my younger - hot headed days - I got disciplined for much the same. Either in the way of crappy hours for complaining, or written up for me being unprofessional in my reaction.

Good Luck!
