Husband and I seperated after married 2 years cause I asked him to leave. During our short marriage, I got tired of him choosing to support his lazy no good mother instead of me and his 2 small kids. Now that i am finalizing divorce papers he calims to realize that he was wrong and wants me to have him back. I don't want him back as a husband, and just wanted us to be friends and raise our children. But he's gotten frustarted now, dosen't give money for the babies (1 & 3 girl and boy) and wants to make sure now that he can't by filing for disability. ( nothing wrong w/ him except that he has inherited his lazy mamas genes) and to top it off called child protected services claiming i leave the kids alone w/o supervision. I have a teeneage son who watches them when i work weekends sometimes only..and that it. And he is of legal age to watch and very mature and capable. I don't know what to say to him the next time i see him..cause having protective servise at my house was an insulting experience for me. Any idea or advice on what my next move should be?
