I went to the lawyer today. Now it is all up to him as to how long it will take the divorce to go through. I feel alot better now because we (me and Gracie)can start getting on with our lives. And this bad chapter in our lives is over with. The lawyer said that even if he tries to fight the divorce i will get everything i want. And when he gets out of jail he will have to have supervised visitation. My life is so much better now i have a good paying job now and will be going back to college soon.

Thanks all. I just hope he signs the papers because if he dosent I have to go to trail and that could take up to a year to get a court date. the courts are still very backed up because of the huricane.
