I have what I hope to be my final divorce hearing on Friday. I think we have both finally agreed upon everything in the settlement statement, if I can just get him to sign it before Friday we might actually be able to make that our final hearing. It has been almost 6 months since I filed for divorce, and I had to wait 6 months before I could file. So it has been a long, long journey. I am hoping to get it all final before the end of the year so I can work on new beginnings for 2007!

Had my hearing today, everything went well. Actually got everything I wanted out of the settlement included the child support the kids should be getting. Hopefully everything will be finalized when I go down for the last time on the 20th. Thank goodness.
