Does anyone have any advice on what to do? my ex and I have been seperated for almost a year. I have not yet filed for a divorce because of money. My daughter went to visit on the weekend and now he is not bringing her back.There is not a custody order yet because of lack of money. I can't just go and get her back because of this. I called every lawyer in the phone book today and every one of them wants money up front. I live paycheck to paycheck because I have been the sole provider for our daughter together and a son of a previous marriage. Even the legal aid in our county wants almost $500 before they would start anything. I am desperate and don't know where to turn. If anyone can please help.
