My ex is white and I am black therefor my child is both. Anyway my question is. Why does he always come out spelling like roses.
He calls my mom, the baby, and my N-word. Assualts me a threatens me cosntantly, yetstill I am the bad guy. Through all this I never once denied him visitation. But now he has it all he could want. He also does not have to help me with daycare. Pays the minimal in Child Support, and I have to do the transportation. Grrrr.... I hate the lagal system... |

I know how you feel here. My ex is Mexican and thinks he is better than me because im white, I guess it can work either way when it comes to racism. He has turned his entire family against me and I am pregnant with his baby, and I think he is going to try and lie and fight for custody when she or he is born, so i am terrified....

1-That is terrible to have to put up with, and surely and hopefully some of the advice already given may help, if it were me I would check with local laws first, and then yes try to prove what you are saying about the names, That Is Abuse! 2-Please watch the words you post on the forum. We try to keep it clean around here and be unoffensive to others, as he has been to you. |

Child support is not contingent on visitation. Tell him he's no longer allowed to be around you - any of you - if he's going to be abusive.

Actually like someone else mentioned recently...file a restraining order against him...and make you use the following statement.
"I'm in fear for my life...and fear for my childs life as well". - Then call the Police whenever he's near...so it can start to be documnented. If you have medical records of any past injuries take those with you.  I'm a man of many mysteries and sides....SO many I'm practically round!! |
