i am a single dad of a five yr old boy.I work construction and in the winter months my finances are great mess. sometimes i feel like just giving up and calling it quits. i then realize that i have a big responsibility and that i give up i would never be able to look at myself in the mirror again and like what i see. im barely getting by and find myself in tears a lot lately.my sons mom is a B*#*h at times and is not a person i try to talk about my problems to anymore. so im glad to have this site.im a big guy so the impression i get all the time is your to big of a guy to be that sensitive.(im rambling) but it feels good to get it all out.... Ihve a foreman who is prejudice against anyone whos of not the white race and has told me that. "im prejudice and dont give a f*#k who knows". I feel stuck and out of place.worried about my job and my son.. i feel im failing my boy and it hurts. i need some insight, some ideas and a little support. what to do????

I gather from your post that you are not white.
Iam not a bigot like your foreman and will converse with anyone regardless of their race,gender,sexuality,religion,etc.We are all Human and need each other.
