Hi and Thank god you got out of that situation. I was in an emotionally abusive relationship and that was bad enough..I just can't imagine... You've come to a great place here where a lot of support is offered. I look forward to chatting with you.

I can't think of the exact they used for it. The doctors have said that it is non cancerous and can nothing can be done surgically to repair it without causing something even worse to happen. Its right inside of the eye. I think its affecting certain areas of the brain as well because she twitches a lot as if she has seizures, especially when she is tired. They did mention something about possible seizures in the future and that the tumor may grow at some point but not enough to have effect. That didn't really make me feel much better. Its something hereditary she was born with but was apparent until she was 6 months old. Her father's mom also has the same condition. It seems to slow her down in doing a school work a bit but not as in knowing how to do the work because she is very intelligent but in actually getting the work done on time, although she is wearing glasses. I've been working with her on that and working out the eye muscles. On top of all that I am having to deal with certain people at her school who don't understand her condition and are wanting to act as if I am to blame for her having it, so I'm having to get the access to the medical records for proof. It just seems anytime I mention or someone sees that I'm a single mom, everything that I do or say is wrong.
