Hi all. Just thought I would introduce myself since I was finally able to join.

I'm 30 and my girls are 5 and 8. Parenting, especially single parenting, is the toughest thing I have ever tried to do---I don't have to tell ya'll that I'm sure. It's also the most rewarding. They are true blessings to me.

I work full time for an engineering firm. I LOVE music and have very eclectic tastes when it comes to music. One minute I will be listening to metal and the next I am listening to classical. I am a devout Christian and spend a lot of time on Christian forums where I fellowship with others, participate in devotions, or just be silly.

Looking forward to getting to know more singles out there.

Jaysdad, that pic reminds me of Ohio (near Lake Erie). Sometimes I really do miss the snow around this time of year-we have snow up here in the mountains(about 7 thousand ft. up) but usually you gotta have chains or 4 wheel drive to drive up there
