Waiting list is about 6 months long because people have problems locating a place and lose it.
I am on section 8 and owners would tell me that when you think section 8 that means the person is on welfare with children .
I am not on welfaer but still they refused to let me rent. I am thankful that I belong to a church and I mingle found a couple that rents houses. This is how I got my chance.
