Going through these stages, one minute I'm mad then sad now I feel lonly. I need something but don't know what. I think my kids are adjusting OK but I think I tend to put them in a stink mood when I start to feel that way. What do I do? Help?

change something, do something you never did before. If you go on just like before, you will feel lonely every time you do something you used to do together. Change some major points in your daily routines. Ex: this morning I am letting my son sleep in, I will be late for work (but I hope he won't be for school), this puts us on a completely different time scale and there will be impacts I cannot predict (yeah, there will be more trafic)...or go to a park or a supermarket you never go to usually...change something in your life.

In time all things become easier to handle. What you're feeling now seems intense, but once you've completed the healing process, you'll be okay.
