lawyers, courtrooms,
its all so ugly. I'm a single mother of two girls. My two year old's father is an ex pro ball player and multiple business owner hired a pitbull attny to handle support case.
Didn't take a thing when I left him but my pride and now he is determined to destroy me. He agreed on an amt. monthly and paid it all year until this month and w/held it as a bargining tactic for our mediation scheduled at months end. So now I am almost 250 dollars in bounced check fees alone. on top of it I was diagnosed last wednesday with Dercums Disease and have to have multiple lipomas extracted (16) I'm lost, confused hurt scared, overwhelemed, inequipped to handle all of this. ..sorry to babble... just a lot on my plate ...

italiacs,
Welcome to the board! I am sooy to hear about all the mess with the lawyers, court rooms, finances ... etc. I can so understand where you are. My ex is not a former pro anything but somehow finds the money to keep dragging me back to court for something .... and he is in the wrong!
As for your diagnosis ... wow I have never heard of that before. I will keep you in my thoughts.
Good Luck and welcome again!
Carla
