My son is 2 years old and his father has never seen him not one time in person. He has seen him through a picture and on top of that he has not even called to check on him. My son has been through alot and his father has never been there. Sometimes I wonder if he got mad because I did not want a relationship with him. See before I got pregnant my sons father and I were friends. We never committed to each other but we had ***. We were like best buds, I never wanted to have a baby by him it was something that just happened. Then he wanted a committment when he found out that I was pregnant. I did not want that type of relationship. I never loved him I cared about him and I just wanted him to be a father to his child. He has never done that. Now I am in the process of trying to find out his address so I can get some type of support. I know that it will all work in the end.

Your child support office can help you track him down for support. They have better resources to do that. My son's father saw him once or twice when he was 3 months old and never again after that. I talked to him and asked him for money and to see his son but nothing. My son turned 2 in April and I filed for support 2 weeks after that. They have located him, served him, and we are awaiting a court date.

Good luck

Thank you and I am pursuing that. I use to speak with his mother and she will not give me any information. I know do know that he is married now to someone that has five children and they live in Philadelphia. So wish me luck!

I see that you are from Delaware. If you contact the Child Support Enforcement Agnecy they will help you track him down and get money from him. Delaware will take his license and put him in jail if he does not pay child support. Do remember though, that if he is required to pay he may want to start seeing your son. My ex pays support through his disability and does not see my daughter who is 11. He hasn't seen her in over a year and beofre that it was 2 years. It hurts her because he is consitant. I am also new to this site, but there seems to be a lot of support here. Good luck
