hello, im a single parent of one little dude and i got physical custody of him and last week end he been to hes mom but she wont give him back to me and i been to the cops station and they dont wanna do nothing even if i got legal court paper saying that i got physical custody..gezzzzzz no one wanna heplp me ..i feel lonely right now..what can i do??

have you gone to her place to get your child?

If the police refuse to enforce the court order you may not have much choice but to file kidnapping charges and let the courts sort it out.
