Update!!!

I have just learned that my ex and her husband want to buy my son a motorcycle. He is 14 years old (will be 15 in a month) and they want to get him a Kawasaki Ninja 250R. It has a top speed of 105mph. I recomended a car as a first vehicle so he can learn how the roads work and she asked what type of car do I suggest. Off the top of my head I say " How about a 88 Honda Accord ". Her reply is " It dosn't have air bags "!!!
I need all the help I can get. My son has never driven on the street in a car much less a motorcycle. Please send any recomendations! I have to do something Monday morning.

I have a very soon to be 15 year old and a 12 year old who want to move back with me. I had custody for 7 and a half years before they wanted to see what it was like there. Things were not near what was promised and I am now under a deadline to get them back before school starts. They are willing to speak to the judge but is there anything I can do in advance? Are there documents I can down load and have signed infront of a notory? Any help is great.

PS I will start sharing my experiences with you guys and guls. I have been in a pretty unique spot during this.

I don't know about downloading these documents in advance from a website. But I know you should be able to go to your local courthouse and get these documents and start from there. You shouldn't have to pay any filing fees, or have a date set until you turn them back in filled out. That should give you time to go over them as you need ahead of time. Good luck.
