I am also new to this site. I am a single mom, 49 years of age and have a seven year old. I am very lonely and need to chat with some adults and not just kids. I hope this will work for me. Hi, katringer. I understand how you feel about needing the adult contact. Several days in the past few weeks, I had exactly 12.5 minutes of adult contact all day, the time I was allotted to eat lunch. I was ready to pull my hair out, LOL. Welcome, and knoy that you are not alone in this.

What you said really appealed to me. I am a new single mom. I am almost divorced and so lonely sometimes. I long for people, other adutls to talk to, relate with. I am 43 and my son is 11 and it is just us all the time.

Hey there....I am also new to this site. I am 41 years old with 2 children, boy 6 & girl 3. I understand how you feel. I have been divorced for almost 2 years now. I have dated some, but have run into one loser after another. I am currently in school for nursing which keeps me busy, but get quite lonely. Hang in there, things will get better
