At A loss for Words - NOT!
Posted
Okay I'm jumping the band wagon here, but I have a few beyond-dating-questions... btw, I'm posting this under 40-something Singe Dads because I'm following zionscry's thread, but the younger men can answer Wink

1. What is it about a woman that will make you want to spend the rest of your life with her?

2. If the woman you've always wanted is not ready for a relationship, how long are you willing to wait for her?

3. If you found your ideal girl but there's a considerable distance between you, how far are you willing to go to pursue her?

A simple balance really I would like to have a partner someone I see as an equal and I can move forward in life with...

2. If the woman you've always wanted is not ready for a relationship, how long are you willing to wait for her?

Honestly if it was right, Then ready wouldn't even come into question.. But if for some reason IDK she's in jail or something I would wait as long as I had too

3. If you found your ideal girl but there's a considerable distance between you, how far are you willing to go to pursue her?

depends on the distance my close friend here in the states had a girl in Sydney he loved her and tried to make things work for years but it was just too far and it ended......

I don't believe there is only 1 person out there for you. There is so many people out there who want and have everything you want and have to offer....You just have to open your eyes and see it

Are you TRYING to kill me with these questions?! Eeker Geez.

Well, since 2 of the 3 questions relate to a situation right now? hmmm...Ok....

1. What is it about a woman that will make you want to spend the rest of your life with her?
A. It's an intangible but it comes down to one simple thing... I Love the way I feel and WHO I AM around her...she makes me smile, makes me laugh...even the mention of her name...the sound of her voice... that's a feeling you never want to let go of...and that's why you want to be with her the rest of your life.

2. If the woman you've always wanted is not ready for a relationship, how long are you willing to wait for her?
A. As long as it takes to determine whether that will EVER be possible...Thanks for the reminder Dawn...her grab this knife handle and pull it back out will ya? LOL Big Grin

3. If you found your ideal girl but there's a considerable distance between you, how far are you willing to go to pursue her?
A. I dont believe long distance relationships are very practical. That being said ...some friends of mine are very happy since she moved to New Zealand ( I think) to be with him. So..you never know...but for me...I have lot of ties here ...mostly business that would keep me here for a while to come.

Dawn you seem like a sweet girl if nothing else take my advice when its right you will just know things will just happen you wont have to put this much thought into it... You wont feel like telling the guy to wait and see when it comes to a perfect fit there is no Wait

The guy that wants a family with you seems young and a bit too eager...Not saying he doesn't mean it but be careful he may not know what he is asking for....
