So since i've turned 30 got that feeling my body has seen better days.
starting to get love handles and a bulg in the middle. I still exercise and take care of myself but there it is and growing.....
Looks are starting to fade grays kicking in skin showing its age and worst of all my forehead is growing..
new baby makes me feel tired all the time its tough

Nahh Not me. Im happy where I am. In my early twenties I was married to an id***. Then in the last divorcing the id***. Now to stay in my thirties I would be ok with that.

30? Hold on, this decade will fly. I don't even want to think how quick this new one I am in is going.

It does give a new perspective though. Youth is truly wasted on the young. So many things that once seemed so important don't matter much at all. Try and stay healthy, it's all we can do. Gravity happens, you can't fight it

At 30 I could do everything I could at 20 it just hurt some. At 40 I could still do everything I could at 20, it just hurt more and took longer. At 50 I've accepted I'm not 20 nor can I expect from my body what I could 30 years ago. Growing older beats the alternative!

In ten years you will post one like I did asking WTF happened to my body and why did everything hurt all the sudden. I hear it only gets better

The upside is I now know to appreciate today, cause tomorrow everything is going to be a little more wrinkled and that much closer to the floor

At 50 I can run as far and fast as I could at 20. (I was out of shape then

).

I don't feel any worse than I did two years ago, in fact I feel better, lost weight and have WAY less stress than two years ago.
