Oregon Student Assistance Commission/Better A Life Scholarship

Scholarship award available to single parents age 17 - 25. High schools seniors must have at least 3.0 GPA and college students must have at least a 2.5 GPA. Applicants may not already possess a bachelor's degree. Applicants may reapply for one additional year of funding.

I do believe that you apply through the OACC, but it is actually the Ford Family Foundation. This is the scholarship my sister received.

I received another one specifically for single parents starting school after the age of 25. I found this scholarship through the OACC database website. It's a great resource.
