Default Retired Military Spouse Benefits

Does anyone know how I can get the benefits that both my and I are entitled to. It's very frustrating for me. I am going in circles.Seems like everyone is for him. I have begun to think it doesn't really matter about the dependants. I can't even get my military id card from him.

How long were you married? and how long during his Military Career?
Check with branch pay office. Is there a base nearby?

Depending on when and how long you may have an automatic % of his retirement, also what state you live in and are divorced in can make a difference.

Have you talked with Jag? Or his commanding officer? Both can and will force an allotment of his pay to go to you.
